North Star Leadership Navigation™
Expanding Leadership Across Systems
North Star Leadership Navigation™ is a 10–12 week immersive learning journey that develops the advanced capabilities leaders need to navigate today’s complexity with clarity, courage, and purpose. It brings together evidence-based leadership frameworks, systemic thinking, and reflective practice to strengthen the connection between self-awareness, strategic foresight, and collective impact.
The program takes its inspiration from the North Star — a symbol of orientation and purpose. Just as the North Star helps travelers find their way in uncharted terrain, the program helps leaders locate their “true north” — the inner compass that aligns personal values with organizational vision and system-wide change.
Participants are guided through four dimensions of leadership: self, team, organization, and system. Across these levels, they build the mindset and tools required to lead adaptively, foster resilience, and create alignment amid uncertainty.
AVAILABLE ONLINE OR IN PERSON, AS A HALF-DAY WORKSHOP OR A FULL-DAY WORKSHOP.
